Thanks for this great great post. I really enjoyed the video on entrepreneurship. I have directed many of my friends to see it. I am particularly interested in baby boomer entrepreneurs and feel that they can learn a lot from what Gary Vaynerchuk says in his discussion on the opportunities presented by the culture shift that is taking place.
